Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Superior Solutions LLC website. By using the website, submitting a form, requesting a quote, or scheduling an appointment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Website Use

The website provides general information about commercial cleaning, janitorial services, floor care, painting, repairs, tile work, and building maintenance services offered by Superior Solutions LLC.

Website content is provided for general informational purposes. Although we make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate, service descriptions, availability, photographs, pricing, promotions, and other details may be changed or corrected without prior notice.

You may not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading purposes. You may not submit false information, introduce harmful software, interfere with website security, collect information without authorization, or impersonate another person or organization.

Quotes and Appointments

Submitting a contact form, quotation request, or appointment request does not create a binding service agreement or guarantee a specific price, service date, or appointment.

A service is confirmed only after Superior Solutions LLC provides direct confirmation. We may request additional information, inspect the property, revise an estimate, or decline work that is outside our service area, unavailable, unsafe, unlawful, or beyond our capabilities.

Estimates are based on the information and property conditions known at the time they are prepared. Final pricing may change if the scope of work, surface condition, property size, access requirements, materials, labor, or other circumstances differ from the original information provided.

Service Agreements

Actual cleaning, repair, painting, installation, or maintenance services may be governed by a separate quotation, proposal, work order, invoice, or signed service agreement.

A separate agreement may include terms concerning pricing, payment, scheduling, cancellations, property access, materials, warranties, and customer responsibilities. When a signed service agreement conflicts with these website Terms, the signed service agreement will control for the services covered by it.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate property and service information, lawful access to the work area, and any required approval from a property owner, landlord, tenant, facility manager, or other authorized party.

Customers must disclose known hazards, damaged surfaces, restricted areas, fragile materials, security requirements, and any condition that may affect the safety or completion of the work. Valuables, confidential records, medications, electronic equipment, and sensitive property should be removed or secured before service begins.

Building access codes, alarm details, passwords, and other confidential security information should not be submitted through a general website form.

Service Results

Cleaning and maintenance results may vary depending on the age, condition, material, staining, wear, damage, prior treatment, and maintenance history of the property.

Some stains, odors, scratches, discoloration, grout damage, worn finishes, or other permanent conditions may not be fully removable. Paint, flooring, tile, grout, trim, and repair materials may not match existing surfaces exactly because of fading, age, availability, or manufacturer differences.

Unless expressly stated in a written service agreement, Superior Solutions LLC does not guarantee that a surface or property feature will be restored to a completely new condition.

Safety and Regulated Facilities

Superior Solutions LLC may stop or refuse work when a property contains unsafe, hazardous, restricted, or unlawful conditions.

Standard services do not include hazardous-material removal, asbestos work, mold remediation, medical sterilization, regulated waste treatment, or similar specialized work unless expressly agreed in writing and lawfully performed.

Medical and dental facilities remain responsible for communicating their sanitation, privacy, infection-control, and regulatory requirements before service begins.

Scheduling, Payment, and Cancellations

Scheduling may be affected by weather, traffic, emergencies, staffing, property access, equipment, materials, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Pricing, deposits, payment deadlines, accepted payment methods, cancellation terms, and additional charges will be stated in the applicable quotation, invoice, or service agreement. Additional work requested outside the original scope may result in additional charges.
